The first one looks like the time we drove through
Kansas City - what a mess!
And what if the second sign was underwater?
Could you sue the state for not warning you?
Man! I think I'm thinking like a Californian-

Reminds me of an aerosol can label I read. "If you can not read this label, please have someone explain it to you".
