Hi everyone,

im on the hunt for my dads old Austin Eight car, this was his first car and im looking to find it for him, the car may have been scrapped by now it was a 1946 model and my dad owned it early 60's. does anyone know if there is a list of survivers anywhere or any way i can check if the vehicle still exists? ive checked the usual .gov websites but nothing comes up.
the only info i have of the car is a photo with its reg number and a description from my dad.

Any help would be appretiated, i know its a long shot but if you dont try you'll never know.

Thanks In advance Rich

Heres the only picture i have

Rich, cool car and noble search! I am not sure how widely you are searching, but, almost everyone on this forum is located in North America - we have only a few in the UK, so, unless it was shipped across the pond, it is highly unlikely we would be able to help you. Good luck and do keep us posted.
