Wedge TR8 Top Boot in Canvas

I have a blue sunfast canvas top on my car. It looks pretty good. However, many moons ago the vinyl top boot that covers the top when it is down disintegrated.

I have a vinyl tonneau cover I have used for several years now, but truth is I rarely use the tonneu part of it, it is pretty big to move around, and looks pretty clumsy.

Anyway I need a new boot....like the original, but I want it in sunfast canvas. Local shops have turned me away as they do not have a pattern and the time to construct one seems pretty high (read expensive...$700).

I have talked to Ez-On, the maker of my top, and they have no interest in making me one.

So....having said all that, how would a guy go about getting a boot made?

Try Aldridge Trimming. They made my complete interior.... great quality, fair pricing. Speak to Jenni. Aldridge Trimming

Rimmer Bros. lists a good selection in their catalogue. They call it a Hood Stowage Cover. They have 4 color choices, including Blue, in nEverflex or Mohair canvas.

Sometimes that makes me nervous when he's lurking
