OK, the neighbor and I finally got the dizzy bolts loose enough to adjust the timing. We hooked up the timing light and found the little tab with all the degree marks.
WHERE'S THE BLASTED TIMING MARK ON THE PULLEY? LOL
Seriously, we looked all over the pulley and found nothing on my 81 FI DHC.
