TR7 Spider Update

Ok the Ebay Spider is well on it's way to being a sweetheart again. Dumped and cleaned the fuel tank. New fuel hoses new fuel pump and filter new injectors new fluids and filters. Steam cleaned the interior ( what an improvement!) Going to the body shop this week for new paint. New top arrived today so it should be ready for summer soon. After all the fuel work the car runs like a clock. Post some pics soon.

Re: TR7 Spider Update

Awesome! I'm glad you took the time and effort to dump and clean the fuel tank...that was a real sore spot on mine last year.

Re: TR7 Spider Update

Congratulations on your new TR-7 Spider! You've learned what the past year of Spider ownership has taught me; the TR-7 really attracts the right kind of attention. Every week I must make a 200 mile round trip after work to take a graduate college course at the University of Maine. It's all back roads with little traffic, so there's lots of room for twisty, windy roads at good speeds. Heading into a service station before entering the only short stretch of highway, a lovely woman leaned out of an SUV to say, "nice vehicle." Her fine tan - rate in New England this time of year - and genuine smile said it all. It made my day

Best wishes,
Jeff
