Its time to redo the interior of my 79 TR7. Anybody have any opinions of who's products to look at? (Or who's to stay away from?)
 
S&S Preperations is probably your best bet for quality and selection, particularly if you want a complete custom retrim.

Rimmer Brothers has good stuff also.

Both cover the full range of origonal type interior bits to redo the entire interior.

Once you get past those 2 suppliers, finding someone that stocks, or even lists, everything for the interior gets dificult.
 
I have had good luck with the Rimmer Bros. interior parts for my '7. The door panels were a booger to put on but once there they look great. Same thing for replacement seat foams and parts.

One thing I wish somebody would stock are the seat bottom covers in "beige velour" for a '79 TR7. They seat back covers are readily available but for some reason the bottoms are not. Does anybody know of a source for these?
 
I have a feeling that the interior sets for door panels and seat covers are made by one UK company and supplied to S&S, Rimmer etc. Vicky Brit has them too.

Carpets are another story but I've seen lots of good options there from several companies.

My quest is for a company that makes the '81 only "ruched" TR7 blue seat covers. Not available that I am aware of.

Check with S&S, they can probably make some for you if they are not otherwise available.
