TR6 TR6 Wiper Wheel Boxes

WOW What a nightmare! I need to replace the Wiper Bezels, and the bushings that go underneath.
I fought my way thru the passenger side. Took most of the day to get the thing back together. Unfortunatley I did'nt see anyway to replace the bushing without removing the wheel box.
I took the guages out and attempted the drivers side,...but it was all I could do to get the passenger side back together. There's just no room to work in there, especially on the drivers side. I really could'nt see how the heck I was ever gonna get the drivers side replaced.
Anyone got any ideas on simplifing th R & R of the wheel boxes?
Fortunatley the bushing on the drivers side was'nt as bad as the passenger's side was. I put the new bezel on, greased the wiper cable and got it back together. It's working pretty good now. At least it'll get the job done now. Before this episode the wipers were totally useless.
I'd like to get that Drivers side Bushing installed,...but I don't need another day like the one I just spent on the passenger side

Thanks for any help!

Changing the wheel boxes is not easy with dash /gages in. I suggest you try to stay out of the rain from now on!! The wiper motor uses up precious smoke too,so you may have to move to a drier climate if the problem persists......
