TR6 TR6 windsheild, window help

My windsheild frame and side windows were off the car when I bought it. I rebuild all of the guides, installed the windows, and put in a new windsheild. I am trying to figure out how far the window should overlab the windsheild frame. The windsheild frame section normally has seals and is about 3/4 inches wide. How far should the window extend into this section? Does anyone have a picture without the seals? I plan putting on a top this summer, and I can't proceed further until I get this figured out. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks,
Kevin

See my PM. Also these may help some. Not exactly what you want.
To describe the door window to windscreen fit, I would say that with the door windows rolled up, measured to make sure the same height, the door window should overlap the windscreen frame flange by 1/4 to 1/2 inch. My door windows over lap the bulb or blade seal or the bristleflex style seal that attach to this flange.
I would say a good goal would be to have the door window overlap the flange by half of what ever is available.
Getting this even top to bottom(most likely will not get this perfect)will require the doors to be set correctly and the windscreen angle set correctly.
I finally got mine serviceable and installed the new soft top myself.
Here's a link to some photos. My album's are open so go look around if you want.
