TR2/3/3A TR6 Transmission Swap Clutch Slave Question

Ok. Another bout of troubleshooting for those that have been there, done that.

I have a TR6 tranny in my TR3A.

I have a clutch slave question. Did I read somewhere that the pushrod needs to be shortened or lengthened when doing this conversion?
