Thought I would spend my Sunday installing the new column bushings I got from TRF. No problem, right? Well it seems I have an extra part on my car. I have a two-piece outer steering column. It appears the dpo took a hack saw to it right where the ignition switch attaches to the column. Just lazy I guess, althuogh its seems that anything would be easier than cut it in half. That being said, any sources for a replacement column?
 
If you want to bargain hunt, my advice would be to check ebay history first before bidding. I haunt Ebay all the time and I think columns show up quite often so price can be pretty low. The link there though is pretty good with switches still attached.

This is probably old news, but there is a steering column for bid on Ebay. I think it still has 6 days to go before the auction ends.

Thanks Kevin. I actually won actually won an auction for one yesterday. Just waiting so I can put all back together and get this rig back on the road. Its prime weather here now.
