TR6 tr6 revolution wheels and offfset spacers

I bought a tr6 with revolution wheels and they hit the upper ball joint when I turn.. Does anybody else have this problem.. It came with some 1/4inch spacers but I hate to add more due to the fact I don't think my wheel studs are long enough.

One side is worse that the other and by looking at the wheel camber I suspect the lower A arms have a few mor shims.

How hard are wheel studs to replace? What size studs are they..

It's probably the right side that scrapes more if it is like mine. Mine only rubs when backing up. I have tried numerous things to eliminate the problem. But like you, my last step is spacers but I just haven't found the proper studs yet.
They are not difficult to swap out. You have to tap them out and them press them into position when tightening as you put the wheel back on. The size is 7/16-20. The length will be determined by what you need and what is available.
New studs are much cheaper than new tires and wheels.

Usually wheels hit the outside edge of the upper control arns where the balljoint bolts through. You can easily trim the pointed edgea little of the control arm to help alleviate rubbing at full lock.

I looked for a standard stud that is longer for the front, searching autoparts boxes of Dorman studs, but so far have not found any that have a shank that will fit the front hubs. One thing you might try is longer shank wheel lugs that protrude through the wheels and into the spacer to enough threads on the studs.
I've been looking for a set of Revolution 5-spokes so if you decide to sell, contact me please.
