I am trying to "rebuild" the master cyclinder of my '74 TR6, but the secondary plunger will not come out. Is there a way to remove it? I have tipping valve, primary plunger and intermediate spring removed. Thanks.

a good whack on the bench, or some compressed air in the outlet.
