TR6 tr6 gearbox numbers

I am looking at what is supposed to be a 1974 tr6 gear box on ebay. what puzzles me is the prefix letters CT I thought all tr6 gerboxes where CD,CC,CF. Does anyone know what this transmission could be? Thanks, John

CT prefix is TR4 and solid axle TR4A. Bellhousing mounting flange is thinner than the later boxes used on TR250-TR6.

Thank you PeterK for the help. The guy on Ebay is calling this gearbox a 1974 tr6. As they say let the buyer beware.

That could be the last vehicle it was in.

A lot of gearboxes get swapped around TR3-6 models.
