picked up some fender mirror to put on a 73 tr6 where exatly do you guys drill the holes. and exacty diments alon on the fender ?
 
I drilled mine right above each wheel well sticking straight out at 90 degrees. They look awesome.

The factory placed them forward on the doors. The best way I can describe it is the forward screw is ahead of the vertical frame panel and is visible when the door is open. The rear screw runs in behind the panel and is not visible...not a very good description.
