TR6 fan shroud replacement

The old fan shroud (actually the radiator shroud) is getting a bit shabby. Thinking about replacing it. The car is in storage, a bit of a drive to assess, so would anyone here have experience replacing one? My ultimate question is can it be done without removing the radiator or hood? Let me know, thanks!

Short answer, yes, if you are replacing with original "cardboard." Have done it a couple of times. Takes a bit of wrestling, but not hard.
