My Tr6 was missing the under dash vents, found a complete set on Ebay. Once I received them the felt on the inside was gone on most vents and the eye ball was rattled around, thinking, they must come apart some how, after studing the vent there is a seam in the unit right at the junction of the 3 tabs that are spaced 120 degrees apart, so I got a xacto knife, worked the seam and got all the vents apart, cut new felt and glued them back together and they function great, Just a tip for anyone whose eyeballs are rolling around in the sockets

Man, if you just read that last line, that sounds really painful!

Actually, great idea. That's what it takes to keep these babies on the road.

...and why didn't you document it with pics. That has been a popular question on alot of other boards and the decision has always been to let they lay.

I still have 2 left to glue together I will take pics and try to up load, in the past I could not get the site to take the photos

why are you glueing them back together? i've got two sets of eyeballs due to a parts car and was looking to do this as well. glad to see that someone has had luck with it.

I have a set of eyeballs if anyone needs them.
Just let know.
