TR6 TR6 diff mounting pin length

I heard that the TR6 diff mounting pins with shoulder bolts came in different lengths and the long one need washers with inside diameter larger than the shoulder O.D. to tighten up the rubber mounts properly. I ask this because I replaced the diff mounts with new TRF ones and after about 400 miles the metal sleeve separated from the rubber on the rear mounts and caused a clunk when shifting gears. I don't want this to happen again.

The best way to avoid that separation is to get the polyurethane rears, there is no metal sleeve.
FWIW, that's what I used, but used the traditional rubbers on the front.
