TR6 Chrome Strip

Can someone explain to me how the thin chrome strip below the doors on a 1971 Triumph TR6 is attached. I have nothing there at the moment to attach it.

I'm going from memory.... I believe that the male end of a snap (like what you use to install the tonneau cover) is pop riveted to the holes below the door, and the chrome strip attaches to that.
Hopefully someone here will correct me if I'm wrong.

I just noticed your post was entered into the "New Member Section"... if you post it in the "Triumph" section, you will get a faster response and more people responding.
