TR6 TR6 Cam Grinds

Anyone know the difference between the early and late model cam grinds for TR6? looks like I need a new cam as number four lobe is wiped out in my spare motor.
The block is a late 76.
 
Yes,I just explored this. Beginning in 73 the stock TR6 cam was changed to a slightly more agressive stock cam. It is the same cam that was found in the later Fuel Injection engines, sometimes referred to as the 125 HP cam/engine.

Odd,
If that is true, the more aggressive cam is cheaper with the big three.
 
If the later cams are more aggressive they are cheaper in price from the top three.
