Need some recommendations on some good manuals for my Barn Baby! Waiting for new concrete gives me a little reading time. Thanks.

Definitely get a copy of the factory workshop manual and owner's manual. I'd also suggest a copy of Bill Piggot's Original Triumph TR (or perhaps the older "Original Triumph TR4/4A/5/6")

Beyond that, kind of depends on your plans for the car. I really like the new volumes from Kas Kastner, but if you are a purist restorer you might not care for them.

I have a TR2, TR3, TR3A manual. I think it has the 4 supplement.
Need it?

Roger Williams' books may be useful -- one is for restoration and the other performance (I only have the former).

The Haynes manual is also a handy book -- more of a step-by-step how to for common tasks though not as definitive as the Bentley compilation or other reprints of the factory manual.

If it has overdrive you will want to download a copy of the OD manual that (as I recall) Randall has kindly hosted.

Thanks for the advice. Not a purist, but would like to keep original stuff working as long as possible.

TOC- sent you a pm

Sent you a couple back. I mis-read. TR2 with TR3 supplement, red book, Pub # 502602.

The Haynes manual is actually pretty good for this car. I am on my second copy, but a lot of stuff you can figure our yourself or find out on here.
