I've purchased sets from both, and both were fine. I think the TRF carpet was thicker, but I think I also got their best quality. Neither data point is recent, however, I got the TRF carpet about 10 years ago, and the Moss carpet nearly 20. The reason I changed out the Moss carpet was to go back to the original color, the Moss carpet was still in great shape and I passed it along to someone else.
