A 15x7 is a tough fit for a TR4, but works well on the TR6, I would recommend a 15x6 for the TR4, I have the VTO 15x6s in the Classic 8 and Retro 4 in both black and silver for the TR4s and the new VTO Lemans in the 15x6 for the TR4s as well, call me.
I also have 15x7 in all the stlyes as well, but you're probably looking at fender mods.
FWIW, we also make a modern remake of the Libre, we call the Retro 4, it comes with either a silver or black center. Either it, or the above pictured Classic 8s are avaiable in 15x6 or 15x7. Here's a pic of the Retro 4.
Oh and here's the newest offering, also popular in the day with the Triumphs, the Lemans, which is a modern remake of the old AR Lemans, they are also available in 15x6 or 15x7 in a charcoal grey.
The original factory (or rather dealer) optional wheels for the TR4 and late TR3 were American racing wheels in either aluminum or magnesium alloy.
Here are the mag version on my TVR. The rim was originally black and the spokes were matte gray. They also had threading for fake knock off spinners, which have been removed on my race wheels.
