TR4/4A TR4-TR4A Fuel Sender Resistance?

I'm working on a project where I need a Lucas type fuel sending unit and found some listed for the TR4-TR4A. Over the years Lucas used different ranges (0-90 ohms & 270-0 ohms among others). Can you guys tell me the range the TR4 senders are supposed to operate through?

EDIT: I'm looking for something with a bolt-on flange as opposed to bayonet mount. I need something with either an operating range of 0-70 or 0-90 ohms. If you can recommend something from a Sprite, Midget, MGB, etc., please let me know.

Thanks,

Thanks Phil.

I looked up that thread and you posted two ranges and I'm not sure what you were trying to say. You listed ranges of 12-250 and 0-100 ohms. I think some of your comments were directed at the range for a Stag and the other for the TR4. Which range above is for which car?

Thanks,

Doug,
My tr4 is 12 to 275 +or-. Several places sold me 100 to 10 that not only worked backwards but did not cover the whole range. Moss tr4 unit works fine in my tr4. Phil
