TR4/4A TR4 seats in a TR3a

Has anyone put late TR4/4a seats in a TR3? They are much more comfortable than my 3a seats which are relatively new.

Does anyone know where you can get used 4a seats?

Haven't tried it but would think there is a good chance they are too wide.

I think both seats are pretty comfortable but seat comfort is very much a personal thing varying from one individual to another.
