Before installing the rebuilt OD, how do I know that the relief or "non-return valve" is working

I've got 375lbs of pressure and the solenoid works correctly, but what do I check on that other valve? Thx

If it built pressure, the non-return valve is working. If the pressure didn't continue to climb, the "relief" valve (which is just the port that gets uncovered by the accumulator piston) is working.

Thx Randall, you've helped bring me here from the first day I found gear lube leaking--and I even copied your Allen head bolt trick on the clamp. Now that goes way back.
