TR4/4A TR4 Inspection in Portland OR

Anyone know of someone who is qualified to do a TR4 inspection in the Portland, Oregon area? I'm more than willing to pay for a good, thorough, qualified pre-buying inspection. Would have to be completed in the next 3 or 4 days.
