TR4/4A TR4 fuel line?

It is until you get to the carb inlet. A rubber hose probably an inch or two long is used to connect to the inlet. If you try and use rubber hose for the entire length the hose may melt and cause your car to melt.

5/16" before the fuel pump... 1/4" from pump to carbs.

You may find some 1/4" rubber line has a ID a bit too large... maybe it's metric. Anyway, I find some fits snugger than other.

This would be a really worthwhile place to use stainless steel pipe, if you can find some in the correct size and don't mind spending a bit more!

SCguy,

Geo Hahn is right. After todays ride I looked at the fuel line and it is indeed 1/4 inch from the pump outlet to the carb. Now its the eyes I wonder what's next? Sorry for dragging this to the top again I didn't want any confusion.
