TR6 TR4 door handles on a TR6

Has anyone converted their exterior TR6 door handles to the TR4 handles? The TR4 handles integrate the key and lock into the handle unit rather than a separate key hole in the door panel. I'm interested because I like the cleaner lines.

If you want really clean lines try the 1956 TR3 door handles.

You would have to make sure the hardware lines up or fabricate it to fit.

Cleaner yet would be to shave them and go remote.
