As the title reads does anyone have a good pictures of the slave cylinder and bracket mounted on the engine/transmission?

Here's the one from Practical Hints, which correctly shows the bleed valve on top.

Interesting that that pic also shows the clevis connecting to the bottom hole in the operating arm (am I wrong in thinking that the middle hole is the usual way?).

Sorry about the (now deleted) pic... I grabbed a photo I took of a restoration by a friend who usually knows what he's about.
 
I use whichever hole lines up best with the axis of the slave cylinder. As I recall, that winds up being the bottom hole for me, but I won't swear to it. The workshop manual also shows the bottom hole, but that appears to be the early Lockheed slave, which might be different:
