TR2/3/3A TR3A overdrive relay question

I've had this relay in my junk box for years, but I'm not sure if it's any good. Can anyone tell me how to
'bench' test it? It's a Lucas 33302B 12v 6RA with spade terminals, labeled W1, W2, C1 C2.
If it doesn't work, is it worth taking the cover off? Is there anything that can be cleaned or repaired?
Thanks in advance.
Frank

My guess is that it may be like the horn relay which has contacts that can be cleaned with amazing results as a few here taught me a few years back.

If you offer 12v to the W1 terminal you should see continuity between the C1 & C2 terminals when (and only when) you ground W2.

If it does not work you don't have much to lose by trying to fix it.

George,
Thank you for the input. I see now how there is more than one way to wire
the circuit.
