I was able to find an NOS one for 10 bucks on ebay because it was listed as a Rolls Royce part. I don't think people who own Rollers spend a lot of time looking for bits on ebay.
Yowsa -- I just looked at the Moss site to see what the current price is.
A few years ago I installed a Maradyne heater and it came with a three speed switch that I didn't need:

Of course I never throw anything away -- it's yours for postage, if you think it will suit.
