The wipers work very wwweelllll ??? They have two speeds - slow and stopped ! As for the windscreen, it is curved. The glass is curved and the chromed frame is curved. The wipers are so small, they think the glass is flat.
You probably won't need to use the wipers much. Since I did my restoration from 1987 to 1990, I've driven 97,000 miles and I would guess that I drove about 4000 miles of that in the rain with the wipers on. If you only drive it on sunny days, you won't need the wipers. Whatever you do down there in Florida, do like me and don't drive it in the snow.

The windscreen does curve, but only a little bit. The original blades flex enough to follow the gentle curve.
But if you're worried about it, Moss sells (or at least used to sell) flexible wiper blades that would fit the TR arms. Think they were for an MG of some sort. Refills in the right length are a bit hard to find, so I buy the ones with the plastic spine and cut them in two.

I have the wrong wipers on my car, when the top is on, they wedge against it at the top of the arc, and when I have the top off, all they do is help the rain drip off the top of the windsheild into the cockpit.

If you drive fast enough the pressure of the wind will flatten it out! (Just a suggestion-please don't take it seriously!)
