I had ordered the body mount kit from Moss and when I received it I was not happy with the quality of the hardware and the body mount pads did not look like what was on the car when I removed the body. I returned the kit for refund and ordered the body mount kit from The Roadster Factory less the hardware. I received the kit and this kit once again did not look at all like the pads that I removed. The pads that i originally removed looked like a course fiber reinforced conveyor belt material. The kits that are available look to be 1/8" neoprene pads with minimal to no reinforcement . What is being used for body mount pads. Any suggestions, Frank

You're right, the repro's are not the same quality...but it's what we have to work with currently. The straight neoprene will work fine. The alternative would be to find a rubber supply and cut your own. If I remember, at least the TRF bolts are "closer" to original, with the majority of the bolts being the pointed body bolt style?!?

I have a kit that was ordered in the late 1990s from the Roadster Factory. It came with my Car. I did not use it because it was incomplete. The Round pads look like conveyor belting material. The square pads have some fibrous material but not as much as the round ones.

I ordered a new kit from the Roadster Factory and it fit fine.
