I have a second tr3 that I am finishing and I know what a nice tr3 is worth say 20k+ but I am wondering what a solid running tr3 vintage racer is worth. The weather is getting better and I have all the running gear on a frame with a new suspension and the engine running. I am just not sure if I want to put 10,000 into a beautiful body. Anyways I can probably get this thing on the road, licensed street legal, looking hot, solid, and raceie for less than a 1000.00 and when I see Twosheds’ racer, that looks like fun.

It's more fun than you can imagine, Steve.

$1000.00 won't even get you all the safety equipment, though.

I sold this car for $12,000 including trailer. It's in Washington State. If you want, I can put you in touch with the owner, if he agrees.

I am safe, no really, so there is bunch of stuff you have to do to get the vehicle on the track. Well there goes my dream of being a racer. However, if it is not too much more, I can perhaps do it. Yes sure, see if the guy wants me to have his email or something. I have been driving the same tr3 around the Seattle/Tacoma area since 1972, so I might even know him.
