Hello tr3 people I was wondering if somebody has a factory reference as to the position of the upper fulcrum control arm on a tr3. As Alan mentioned in an earlier post, if one puts the U section toward the engine the tire will tip in about ½ inch and the opposite the other way. It had been a long time since I switched one out, and I just happen to putting the fulcrums on the frame of my restoration when I read Alan’s post. I thought Wo I had better check and make sure. Do not get me wrong I appreciate Alan’s post and he goes into good detail. My problem is I could not find a good picture in any of the books that show which way the U points. I guess I have too many years as a researcher and I am senile.

I think this is what you want to see /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The 'U' points inwards.
