Speaking of tube shocks...

Doesn't anyone make a conversion for TR3's ???

Would this be advantageous on a solid axle car?

Sure wouldn't want to lose that buckboard ride or the delightful way it dances around a tight turn on bumpy roads.

Speaking of dancing around, 30June72, I ETSed from the Army and as I drove off base past the guard house in my '59 TR3 I was gleefully ejecting bits and pieces of my uniform into the air as I whizzed past the MP on duty, who hated me anyway. Well, the front right hub came unbolted off the car and the MP had to dive for his life to avoid a wire-wheel/hub/tire combo bearing down on him. I skidded to a stop, assumed the position and pleaded for my life. He finally holstered his 45 and actually helped me afix the wheel back on, glad to see me leave Ft. Polk forever. Bumpy ride indead.

Bill
