TR2/3/3A tr3 trunnion bushing help

I purchased a fixed 5/8" reamer to ream my new lower wishbone bushing that fits over the trunnion, but after reaming one of them the hole was not well centered. The upper or first side that I passed through was fine but the lower or second side that the reamer passed through was off center. When inserting the trunnion there was an obviously uneven gap where the arm met the trunnion.
Does anyone have a good way for me to prevent this from happening and getting the hole reamed in the center of the arm? I used a drill press with a vise to hold the piece but couldn't figure out how to ensure that the bushing was in line with the reamer.

I can think of several ways to get it squared up, but what I did was just let the reamer follow the hole in the bushing. IOW don't clamp the arm in a vise; either hold it in your hands or let the other side rest against the (hopefully perpendicular) table.

Thanks Randall, I ended up finding a way to get a nice finished product after a little head scratching and patience that I didn't have last night. Maybe vise isn't the best description, I have a holder of sorts on my press that allows accurate movement front to back and side to side. Letting the reamer follow the bushing thing is what got me the poor original result. This reamer isn't tapered as I expected it would be and way too long. So I made the reamer shorter allowing me to use the press better and take advantage of the perpendicular table on the press. Now I need to get another bushing before I can finish the other side or hopefully the other trunnion will be nice and tight with little wear.
