Anyone else heard of a bad batch of these grommets that were made of soft rubber that would swell up and partially block the fuel flow?
 
Only problem I've had with these is that, if you tighten then too much or too little, they will plague you with a slow fuel drip. Never had the swelling but might be that some mfg used the wrong type of rubber.

All mine were purchased from Moss.
