Getting ready to start a repair on my steering wheel and was wondering if anyone has tried Gorilla Epoxy to fix minor cracks in the wheels rim. It sounds like it would work without having to spend all the money on a repair kit from company like Eastwood.

I have used JBWeld to fill those cracks. Pretty easy to sand smooth and match the contours, then of course the wheel will need a black finish.

Thanks George, JBWeld is a great product. It was on my list of things to use. I was just wondering about the Gorilla Epoxy since it's new.

PC-7 epoxy is what the kit uses. It is available at Ace Hardware.

Keith!
Listen to Paul. His steering wheel came out great!
Most of what Paul does comes out great!

Thanks Dan! But I have yet to finish anything!
