What size and thread is the knurled nut that holds the speedo and the tach in place? 12/34? the book says 5mm but the 5mm I have do not work.....

It's a weird size. I re did the post on the 6 for 10-28

They are metric, and as Don says, a weird size. 5mm could be right, but the pitch is not the ISO or JIS standard pitch. 0.6 kind of sticks in my head, but I could be mistaken.

I've got the information at home though, if you need it.

I 'm pretty sure it's not metric if it's the same as the 6

Oops, my bad. Pitch is 0.75mm on the nose.

Probably is different than TR6 too.
