TR2/3/3A TR3 Seats

I've noticed a higher concentration of springs on one end of the seat. I confirmed this by looking at pictures of a pair of seats on Ebay. My question is, does the higher spring density go forward of aft?

Your seat springs should be higher in the front and lower at the back. See Moss Motors catalog, they show a good diagram of the seat. The Stanpart catalog does not show a picture.
