TR2/3/3A TR3 Replating Costs

Picked up the last of the items that needed to be replated. Total cost for show quality chrome was $1340.

Items done were: valve cover, bumper, 2 headlight rims, gear shift lever, 2 windscreen stanchions, 2 windscreen surrounds, 4 knockoffs, oil dipstick and the distributer clamp.
Not included in the above is the emergency brake handle done by another company which cost $35

He also did the emergency brake button but that was no charge.

6 to 8 weeks from the time I brought the parts in, they did a beautiful job.

I was happy with it Geo. They really did very nice work. Can't wait to put it all back on.

That's a very good price in my neck of the woods for that work.
 
Seven years ago our local plater, who does phenomenal work, quoted me $1200 for go-chrome on front and rear bumpers for my TR6.
I'd say you did well.
