TR2/3/3A TR3 Rear Brake Cylinders

I am preparing to replace the rear brake cylinders on my TR3 (10" , slotted Girling .75" cylinders). In the Moss catalog it states that the flat end .75 cylinders can be substituted (in pairs). Is this OK? they are less expensive.

Yes the complete wheel cylinders can be replaced in pairs only. My car PO had installed .75 inch cylinders and when I went to rebuild I noticed the original 5/8ths was actually easier to obtain at that time. ALSO do not give your 10 inch shoes to anyone unless you trust them to get them back! They were very hard to get a while back. Note the cost of new ones from Moss. Then again everything seems to cost more lately.
