TR2/3/3A TR3 Oil Pressure Gauge Hose

The flex hose to my gauge is leaking and I want to replace this winter. Anything tricky about this or is it just "remove and replace?"

Nothing tricky about changing the hose, other than using two wrenches when tightening the fittings (so the torque isn't transmitted to the line).

However, your photo looks a bit odd to me. The hard line from the gauge is supposed to come over the lip and point downwards, so the hose isn't bent that sharply.

Hi Randall,

Yes the hard line goes over the lip like your photo....maybe the flex hose that I have is a little longer than newer ones.
 
I suppose how the hard line is positioned in the clip on the fuel pump would affect that as well.
