TR2/3/3A TR3 Master Brake Cylinder Stripped Fitting

I rebuilt the master brake cylinder of my 1959 TR3 but I fear I have stripped the female threads where the brake line mates with the cylinder. I'd try retapping it if I knew the right size thread. Anyone know the right size? Any other ideas?

Jim-

This may not be right as I have a TR4, but on my setup the fittings are 3/8-24. I know because I was worried I did the same thing when I crossthreaded the brake line fitting to the cylinder.

Good luck
Randy
