TR2/3/3A TR3 Dash Installation

I'm getting ready to finish the Dan Master's wiring, and am at the point of installing the dash so I can wire it up. My question concerns the mounting of the dash, the defroster ducts, and the steering column bracket. All of those items attach to the same set of studs. What is the proper order of installation, and are there any tricks or things to watch for when doing this??

I just check on my car. From the front of the car, Steering Column Bracket, The Defroster Nozzle and then the Dash. As I recall, the Dash has slots instead of holes so it can be removed without completely removing the other item.

As I was looking over things, that seemed like the only way it would work. Your confirmation is much appreciated. Yes, the dash does have slots in it.

Actually, that photo helps with alot of the other brackets concerning the steering column mounting that I had questions about also.

Before you wire, be sure also to 1. get the wiper linkage in place, 2. get the oil pressure line through the firewall and ready to bolt onto the oil pressure gauge, and 3. install the heater core and motor, and then 4. run the capillary tube for the coolant gauge through the firewall and around the heater core for ready installation in the dash cluster. Get all these items installed before you wire.
 
Wiper linkage went in awhile back. I wanted to make sure that was in, as it can be a horror to put in afterwards. The oil pipe is something I had figured I could stuff in later, but it might be prudent to get that in now, as well as the heater core. These will be easier to stuff in before the dash gets in the way.
