TR2/3/3A TR3 crossbar - body color or always black?

If black, did you guys paint or powder coat yours?

A ) As near as I know, black like the rest of the frame.

B ) Paint (like the rest of the frame).

I powder coated mine black. My frame was originally white.

I am just now cleaning rust proof tar from my engine bay and finding the original red under there. The cross bar has what I assume is original black on there like the frame. No sign of red on the cross bar.

If you go to https://www.rucompatible.com/triumph/ and look under restoration pics in the second grouping of links there is one called "correct paint colors for various TR3A components" A quick glance and I did not see that part listed but there are lots of useful things listed.
