Was there a write up on this forum about Tr3 owners having issues about not being able to get all the air out of the system when doing the clutch bleeding procedure?Something about air being trapped in the master? What was the solution?
 
A new, dry master may need a bit of help to start the bleed. As I recall, just cracking loose the outlet connection was enough to get fluid into the the MC and then close & bleed.

And if that doesn't work, if you have a spare fitting or old line, cut the metal tube short, add a length of vinyl tubing long enough to loop back into the reservoir, and hook that up to the outlet. You can then pump the air out of the master with the activating rod. It might take several strokes, but has always worked for me. Rags under the cylinder to soak up any drips.
