TR2/3/3A Tr2 Wiper Motor Help

I've never been able to get the Wipers to work on my Tr2. My guess is it's not wired correctly. I've got one wire coming through the fire wall from the switch to the motor, Is that wire supposed to go to the top or bottom terminal on the motor? Also not sure if there's supposed to be a ground? Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

On a TR2 with the CRT15 motor, I don't think it makes a difference. One terminal gets power from the switch, the other terminal is grounded.
