After 2 1/2 years starting out with simple project of putting all new brake system in my 1955 TR2 which morphed into major repair to alittle bit of everthing last nite 9:pm my son(14yrs old) took the tr off of lift and took it for a drive.
Having the car since it was new ,learned how to drive in this car ,rebuilt just about everthing on this car over the years.Still have the same thrill driving this car.People who just drive cars to get from point A to point B and that is all a car is to them Ifeel sorry for ,They will never have the memories, thrills , and still driving these great old cars

Congratulations John in getting your "Baby" back on the road.
AND...congratulations for getting your son hooked early with "Triumph Feever"! Wonderful experience you have had with this car.
We restored TS6959 (55 TR2) a couple years ago...and are very much enjoying the car being so much fun on these 2 lane roads to the coast. Gil NoCal
